No, the Hamilton athletics wordmark does not have to appear somewhere on a uniform — HOWEVER — if a wordmark IS used, then the Hamilton athletics wordmark must appear FIRST; then the Continental wordmark may appear elsewhere, in a less visually dominant way. For example, the athletics wordmark may appear large across the front of a jersey and then the Continentals wordmark could appear on a helmet.
Yes — the H is the primary athletics graphic and if a graphic is used, should always be the first and most visually dominant graphic on a uniform. The Alexander Hamilton mark can be used if desired, as a secondary, smaller, graphic — such as on a collar, sleeve or helmet.
