General guidelines for Hamilton "Alex" Mascot and his spotter:

For each reservation of Alex, please note, that there will be two people assigned: The Mascot Performer and the Mascot Spotter. A Mascot Spotter is at all times to assist the performer in moving around the venue and ensuring the mascot's safety.

Please note: the mascot should only work in 20-30 minute increments with 10-15 minute breaks in between because the costume can become very hot and is difficult to maneuver. Performances should be limited to two hours for each performer due to the physical demands of the suit. If you need the mascot for longer than two hours, make a note in your reservation and we will do our best to accomodate you. Thirty minutes will automatically be added to each reservation as it takes at least 15 minutes for the mascot to dress and undress prior to and after the performance.
