Major national and international media outlets and leading publications turned to Hamilton College faculty, staff, and alumni for their expertise and thought leadership on a broad range of topics during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Hamilton’s Alumni Council has elected four alumni trustees to serve on the Board of Trustees for four-year terms beginning July 1. They are Josie Collier ’97, P’14, Stuart Ingis ’93, Elizabeth Fox Keogh ’94, P’26, and Gillian Zucker ’90. In addition, Adriana Payne ’92 was elected to a two-year term as president of the Alumni Association.

Here’s a plot summary of how three Hamiltonians became involved in an Off-Broadway play called Invasive Species, running now through June 30 at Vineyard Theatre.

A recent publication based on the senior thesis of Francesca Lanni ’22 revealed that, much like many humans, mice cannot take the heat — at least when it comes to their seeds.

Ciere Boatright ’05, Chicago’s new commissioner of the Department of Planning & Development, calls herself a “firecracker.” Born on the Fourth of July, she says, “I have a fiery personality ... I have this desire to light up spaces in a positive way.”
