Spring Recess / March Break
Shuttles occur ONLY during the listed dates and times. Shuttle time slots with no registered capacity will not run. Pre-registration with a confirmed registration is required. Registration links are sent via email.
- Shuttle and bus registration opens Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at 12 p.m.
Shuttle registration closes: Monday, March 2, 2026, at 12 p.m. - Bus registration closes when buses reach capacity. Sign up ASAP to get a seat.
March 13 and 14, 2026 — Departure
Syracuse Airport — $75

Buses depart PROMPTLY at 5:30pm. - 5 p.m. - Boston (56 seat capacity)

March 28 and 29, 2026 — Arrivals
Syracuse Airport — $75

- 10:30 a.m. — Return from NYC (112 seat capacity)

Bus departs PROMPTLY at 11:00am.
Reservations
Reservation sign-ups will be open one month prior to the upcoming break. A form will be emailed to the entire student community with a link to register for a seat. Check your email for updates.

Cost
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full rate.
To avoid being charged, you MUST cancel earlier than 48 hours prior to the departure time.
- Albany Airport (travel time 2 hours): $100
- Syracuse Airport (travel time 1 hour): $75
- Utica Train/Bus Station (travel time 1/2 hour): $20
- New York City, New Jersey and Boston Bus: $100
- Late Shuttle requests: +$25 for airports, or +$5 for the Utica Train Station
(Students who request shuttles after the form has been closed) - Location + $25 walk-on fee for Buses & Airports, or + $5 for the Utica Train Station
(students taking an open available seat who have not previously registered)
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email to transport@hamilton.edu AT LEAST 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 48 hours, or not submitted via email to transport@hamilton.edu will be fully charged for the requested trip.

Public bus transportation is also available from the Utica Train/Bus Station to the Syracuse and Albany airports. For more information, go to: www.greyhound.com
