Deadline to submit Petition for Transfer Credit form for Spring 2025
Students participating in a non-Hamilton program should submit this form to the Registrar's Office at regofc@hamilton.edu or Elihu Root. Students participating in a Hamilton Program receive Hamilton credit and do not need to petition for transfer credit.

Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation for Study Abroad
SCCT G027, Kennedy Auditorium. Students studying with a non-Hamilton program are required to attend one pre-departure orientation session. Students attending a Hamilton Program will receive pre-departure instructions from their program. Students studying on a non-Hamilton domestic program will receive instructions separately.

Students will find this under their program tasks in Via TRM. Submit the form in Via. Students studying with a Hamilton Program should follow instructions from their Hamilton Program Coordinator. Students studying in a domestic program will receive further instructions by email.
