Petitions for off-list programs, low GPA, language requirement, or other eligibility requirements must be submitted by this date. Make sure to meet with a Global Learning advisor well before this date.

Mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation

Exact date TBD. Students studying with a non-Hamilton program are required to attend one pre-departure orientation session.

Deadline to submit Petition for Transfer Credit form for Off-Campus Study Spring 2027

Students participating in a non-Hamilton program should submit this form to the Registrar’s Office at regofc@hamilton.edu or Elihu Root. Students participating in a Hamilton Program receive Hamilton credit and do not need to petition for transfer credit.

Deadline to submit Study Abroad Goal Setting assignment (Non-Hamilton Programs)
