Phase 1 Implementation for Human Resources, Payroll, Finance & Procurement: Go Live Summer 2024

May 2023

  • Strategy Phase

    Strategy:

    Leadership Alignment including strategy map and project governance model. Experience Design including service delivery framework.

June 2023 - July 2023

  • Plan Phase

    Plan:

    Project start including project plan and kickoff, Workday Client training, Workbook Review Sessions, Load workbook data, Foundation tenant build complete, and Tenant review.

August 2023 - January 2024

  • Architect & Configure Phase

    Architect & Configure:

    Foundation alignment sessions, Foundation tenant configuration, Conduct customer confirmation sessions (CSS), Integrations build and unit test, Configuration delivery assurance checkpoints, Core team knowledge transfer plan, End user training plan, Test preparation, End-to-End tenant build, and End user training plan.

January 2024 - March 2024

  • Test Phase

    Test:

    Execute End-to-End Testing, Prepare for Parallel Testing, Create Cutover Plan, and Develop end-user training materials.

April 2024 - May 2024

  • Parallel Phase

    Parallel:

    Execute Parallel Testing, Practice Data Catch-up, Finalize Cutover Plan, and Finalize end-user training materials.

May 2024 - June 2024

  • Deploy Phase

    Deploy:

    Complete Knowledge Transfer, Build pre-production tenant (gold tenant), Final delivery assurance checkpoint, Prepare and obtain necessary approvals for Go-Live, Move gold tenant to production, and Enter catch-up transactions.

June 2024 - July 2024

  • Post Production Phase

    Post Production:

    Support post Go-Live activities, and transition to Continued Value Services team.

Phase 2 focuses on optimizing the Workday platform and refining critical business processes. This phase emphasizes continuous improvement, system stabilization, and enhancing the functionality established in Phase 1. Our efforts aim to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and prepare for key financial and operational activities.
