• Help us understand the needs of your area(s)
• Answer project-related questions for staff
• Become a subject-matter expert on Workday
• Assist with training and communication (we don't expect this to be a heavy lift for you)
• Drive and sustain change in your area(s)
• Help to identify and address pockets of resistance
• Post-Go-Live support
