Questions about the placement of positions or appropriate hourly rates should be reviewed with Human Resources by email or by calling x4688.
Student Payroll
In order for a student to be paid, a separate Employment Authorization form must be completed for each job the student has. In addition, if the student has not been employed by the College at any time, he/she must stop into Human Resources with documentation for the I-9 form.
All authorization forms and necessary payroll forms should be completed and submitted to Human Resources no later than the first day of a student's employment. A student working on campus for the first time must visit Human Resources. Students are paid bi-weekly during the academic year and during the summer. FICA tax is deducted from summer paychecks.
