Vendor Discounts
No off-campus vendor, organization or individual may distribute literature, advertise, solicit customers, recruit volunteers, seek donations or make sales on campus.
Vendors requesting authorization to advertise their products/services with the College must submit a written request to the Director of Human Resources specifying all pertinent details. Approval of all requests shall be at the discretion of the Vice President, Administration & Finance, and the Director of Human Resources.
Hamilton College reserves the right to refuse access to an off-campus vendor, organization or individual.
This policy does not apply to vendors, organizations or individuals who are invited to campus by authorized Hamilton College personnel as part of an approved College activity or event.
