College Events & Scheduling

The College Events & Scheduling Office strives to provide a consistent and efficient event experience for the Campus Community. We oversee major College events such as Convocation, Commencement and Great Names, manage the College’s space scheduling system and events calendar, approve requests for use of College space, and consult with conference, camp and wedding planners.
