How Federal Work-Study & Campus Employment Earnings Work
- Earnings are not paid in advance or reflected on your student bill. You receive a bi-weekly paycheck based on hours worked and your position’s pay rate.
- Campus employment may not exceed 20 hours per week.
- Your actual earnings may be more or less than your awarded work-study amount, depending on hours worked.
- Earnings are typically used for non-billable educational expenses, such as books and transportation.
