Allen Harrison

Assistant Dean for Accessibility Resources

Allen Harrison provides direction and leadership for the Accessibility Resources Office. He works closely with students and faculty to coordinate academic accommodations for students with disabilities. His office also provides student support in the areas of note taking, reading and writing for those with various attention challenges, print disabilities and learning differences. Through the use of assistive technology, students are provided coursework materials in alternate formats.

Koboul E. Mansour

Director of the Days-Massolo Multicultural Center

As director of the Days-Massolo Multicultural Center, Koboul E. Mansour, provides strategic leadership for Hamilton’s hub for intercultural engagement and identity-based learning. She oversees programs, partnerships, and initiatives that foster dialogue, support student communities, and advance inclusive campus experiences. Koboul works collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff, as well as guides educational programming and resources exploring intersections of culture, identity, and belonging across the College community.

Debbie Owens

Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance

As the College’s Director of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance, Debbie Owens oversees the College’s Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy. Debbie coordinates the activities of the Harassment and Sex-Based Discrimination Board.
