Nhora Serrano, LITS director of academic technology, teaching, and research services, has been appointed to EDUCAUSE's nominations and leadership development committee, a nine-person group selected by the EDUCAUSE president and CEO.

During her three-year term, Serrano will work on developing a slate of candidates for election to the EDUCAUSE board of directors, structuring the election, and announcing the results. The committee is also charged with continuously improving and executing the process for nominating candidates to serve as elected directors.
