Hamilton Men’s Hockey Wins NCAA Title
The Hamilton men’s ice hockey team etched its place in history on Sunday, March 29, earning the program’s first NCAA Division III championship. The Continentals defeated No. 1-ranked Hobart College in a 2–1 overtime thriller that brought to an end the Statesmen’s undefeated season and hopes for a fourth consecutive national title.
Conti ’27, Wilson ’27 Awarded Goldwater Scholarships for Sciences, Math, Engineering
Emma Wilson ’27 and Sara Conti ’27 are recipients of the prestigious 2026 Barry Goldwater scholarship, a national award that supports students intending to pursue research careers in the sciences, mathematics, and engineering. For both Wilson and Conti, this award not only validates their work, but reflects their research and mentorship at Hamilton.

On her computer, Alix keeps data that she created during an Emerson Grant project mapping the parks and trees of Utica. Every day, she is reminded of the work she put in to get to her current position as a city planner in Utica, N.Y.
