Overland hires college students and recent graduates to lead eight weeks of hiking, language, and service trips across the country and around the world. Whether you're backpacking in the Swiss Alps, restoring trails in Alaska, learning French in Chamonix, or rock climbing in Maine, the job offers an opportunity to hone leadership skills, forge friendships, and engineer positive, formative experiences for young people.
