Angela Escalante Zarco ’25

Majors: Classical Studies and Archaeology

Outside of class, Angela is typically reading in the library or hanging out with friends. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and watching Marvel movies. Angela is a Latin tutor.

Jayden Fedoroff ’25

Majors: Computer Science and Japanese

Jayden is a junior from Clinton, N.Y. When Jayden isn't tutoring Japanese, he works part-time as a software engineer intern. In his free time, Jayden enjoys spending time with his family and pets, playing fighting games with his friends, watching anime, and working out at the gym.

Eddie Ha ’25

Majors: Chinese and Economics

Born in Hong Kong, Eddie is a junior from Potomac, Md. He is a member of the varsity swim team, and you can often find him in the gym, pool, or cooking up something weird in the kitchen.

Ivy Hammer-Gumbrell '26

Majors: Environmental Studies and Hispanic Studies

Ivy, a sophomore from Kennebunkport, Maine, is a double major in environmental studies and Hispanic studies. On campus, she is also a community advisor and a Writing Center tutor. In her free time, she loves to play the violin, go for runs in the glen, and paint watercolors. She also enjoys R&B music, The Office, hikes, and good espresso.

Major: Mathematics
Minor: Studio Art

Benitha is a French tutor and is from Burundi. She speaks five languages!

Esther Koo ’25

Major: Economics
Minor: Jurisprudence, Law and Justice Studies

In addition to her role as a Korean Peer Tutor, Esther is a dedicated member of the Hamilton College Orchestra. Outside of class, you’ll often find her hanging out in the library, indulging in her love for K-dramas, or getting lost in the pages of a good book. Esther is excited to be a tutor this year and looks forward to helping students out at the Language Center.

Christie Lam ’25

Major: Hispanic Studies

Christie is from Panama. When she is not tutoring Spanish at the Language Center, you can find her at FOJO working as a barista. In her free time, you can find her napping or cooking.

Hannah Lipskar ’25

Major: Government
Minor: Religious Studies and Hispanic Studies

Hannah is a junior from New York City and is tutoring Spanish at the Language Center. She started learning Spanish in sixth grade and has loved exploring other cultures through the study of language! In her free time, Hannah is on the Hamilton Club Soccer team and has a radio show on WHCL.
