  • The Syracuse Orchestra returns to Hamilton College with Jiebing Chen, erhu, performing The Butterfly Lovers Concerto, originally written for violin. The program finishes with Scheherazade by Rimsky-Korsakov.   • Ash Wednesday is the first day of the Christian liturgical season of Lent, where Christians intentionally enter into an annual season of repentance, mortality, and renewal.
