If you have anxiety and would like to try a weighted blanket, let us know! We have blankets to loan out to you. Weighted blankets have been shown to relieve anxiety and provide a feeling of safety and relaxation. If you'd like to try one, please call our Office Manager at 315-859-4340.
If you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, or simply get down during times of less sunlight, you might benefit from a full-spectrum Happy Lamp! We have Happy Lamps available for loan. They have been demonstrated to increase the level of vitamin D in your system, which is linked to depression. If you'd like to try a lamp, give our Office Manager a call at 315-859-4340.
