Community Pantry

Throughout the semester our registered dietitian, Lela Niemetz, offers a FREE box of farm fresh ingredients focused around a common recipe. Look for emails to sign up- boxes are first-come, first-serve!

Mindful Music

Don't want to try talk therapy but still looking for something healing? This individual workshop can help you focus on your mental health through songwriting- no experience needed! This is offered by Anne Buckle, a Nashville songwriter. Anne grew up learning to play music from her cousin June Carter Cash and cousin-in-law Johnny Cash, and each week she will work with you individually!

Mindful Movement

Looking for something therapeutic that isn’t talk therapy? Want to change how you work with stress, anxiety, or depression? Give Mindful Movement a try and harness the mind-body connection by using gentle, novel movement to change how you think and improve how you feel.

Wellness Services

Feeling burned out? Anxious about classes? Need to take some time to tune in to your body and emotions? Recharge in the Wellness Room! If you have anxiety and would like to try a weighted blanket, let us know! We have blankets to loan out to you. Weighted blankets have been shown to relieve anxiety and provide a feeling of safety and relaxation. If you'd like to try one, please call our Office Manager at 315-859-4340.

If you suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, or simply get down during times of less sunlight, you might benefit from a full-spectrum Happy Lamp! We have Happy Lamps available for loan.
