Administrative Services

The Procurement Office establishes the College’s procurement policies and procedures and provides procurement services to the departments.  It is the mission of Hamilton College’s Procurement Office to serve as a strategic partner to the Hamilton Community for the acquisition of goods and services.

College rental housing is provided as transitional housing for faculty and staff. Hamilton also make it possible for faculty and administrative staff to privately own homes on College-Controlled land.

Hamilton College requires that all students have meaningful health insurance coverage.

The Hill Card serves as a: meal plan card, library card, door access card, (residence hall exterior doors, all night reading room in Burke Library, Days-Massolo Center, Sadove Student Center, Kennedy Center for Theatre and Studio Arts, Kirner-Johnson, Science Center), and ID for entrance to the fitness center.

We have two locations, the Hill Card office in the Bristol Center available Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Campus Safety, available 24 hours, seven days/week to print lost, broken, or pub ID cards. 

The Mail Center is located in Beinecke Student Activities Village. The Mail Center receives and distributes student and faculty mail.

The Hamilton College Print Shop provides the Hamilton community with a complete line of printing and copying services. Print Shop personnel work as a team with the College community to fulfill these needs in a positive and cooperative manner.
