Major national and international media outlets and leading publications turned to Hamilton College faculty, staff, and alumni for their expertise and thought leadership on a broad range of topics during the 2023-2024 academic year.

In “Parting Thoughts from a Retiring President,” President David Wippman answered a range of questions as he reflected on his eight-year tenure at the College. President David Wippman will spend his first year of retirement working with the next generation of education leaders as a president-in-residence for the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) during the 2024-25 academic year.

At the annual Class & Charter Day convocation on May 7, 158 students were honored with academic prizes and scholarships, and faculty teaching award recipients were recognized. Among top awards, Quinn Brown ’24, received the James Soper Merrill Prize, and Josef Kubofcik ’25 received the Fillius Drown Prize Scholarship.
