Event Description
Curious about mindfulness? Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, you are invited to join us for a chance to pause, breathe, and spend a little time with yourself.
No prior meditation or mindfulness experience is needed — all are welcome. The space will be set up with tables and chairs, so you can settle in comfortably while you eat and participate.
