Join us for a presentation by the Career Center designed for parents and families to learn more about Hamilton’s Career Communities model and the professional career coaches who work one-on-one with students across designated industry networks. Executive Director of the Career Center Melissa Marietta will be joined by Director of Career Development Victoria Vargulick and her team of coaches, who will share how they stay current in their industries through ongoing professional development, how they partner with alumni coaches to provide real-time industry insight, and how they support students through individualized guidance, career exploration, networking, and decision-making. The coaches will also highlight current trends across different fields and explain how those shape the advice students receive. This session will provide a clear picture of how personalized coaching and alumni engagement work in tandem to support students’ professional outcomes after they leave the Hill.
