Event Description

Functional Fitness is a balanced, full-body class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in everyday movement. This class combines functional, total-body exercises with core strengthening, light cardio, and intentional stretching. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, participants will work through exercises that can be easily adjusted to match individual goals and fitness levels. This class is catered towards individuals of all abilities—whether you’re just getting started or looking to maintain and improve overall fitness.  Instructor: Jason Hill
