The class features a warm up followed by 30 minutes of interval training involving bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various other equipment. The class is structured to cater to anyone, no matter what your age, body type or level of experience is. Modifications or additional challenges are offered to those who need them. This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to try this class.
