    Come spin with us! Beginners and experienced cyclists alike are welcome to this low-impact, high-energy workout.     This class will teach you the basic punching, kicking, footwork, and body movement techniques of kickboxing while boosting your fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, striking of a bag or pads, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence.
