  • Spinal Unwind Yoga is a restorative class designed to help you release tension and connect with your breath. This session emphasizes gentle spinal movement, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation to encourage relaxation and stress relief. Postures are approached slowly and intentionally, allowing space to unwind both physically and mentally while improving mobility and body awareness. This class is appropriate for all ability levels.   • Reserve your bike! Cruise over the hump day of the week! Work with the basics of indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Instructor: Aileen Basile

This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey.   •  Add some variety to your workout by using a weighted bar, hand weights, and step aerobics to alternate strength training and cardio routines. This class is open to all, begins at 12:10 and ends at 12:55 each Wednesday, and is great for employees who are crunched for time. Class ends with toning, abs and stretch.
