Performance Spin

Come spin with us! Beginners and experienced cyclists alike are welcome to this low-impact, high-energy workout. Suitable for all fitness levels; you adjust your own bike's resistance to match your ability and are encouraged to go at your own pace. This class includes help with proper bike setup to ensure good form, a supportive atmosphere, and guidance on movements and how to adjust resistance. Join us! REGISTER FOR A BIKE
Full Body Blast

Start your week with a lunch-time blast in this effective and up-tempo full-body workout. The class features a warm up followed by 30 minutes of interval training involving bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, and various other equipment. The class is structured to cater to anyone, no matter what your age, body type or level of experience is. Modifications or additional challenges are offered to those who need them.
Kickboxing
4-5 p.m., Mondays (begins 1/26/26)

Punch and kick your way to starting the week off right! This kickboxing class will teach you the basic punching, kicking, footwork, and body movement techniques of kickboxing while boosting your fitness. Participants will engage in station drills, shadowboxing, calisthenics, striking of a bag or pads, and partner work to build strength, coordination, and confidence. This is a non-contact class; no sparring (striking of others) is permitted or included. Participants are advised to bring their own boxing gloves (10 ounce minimum). A limited quantity will be available for participants without their own.
Zumba
5-6 p.m., Mondays

Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body. Zumba is a calorie-burning dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a total body workout and dance experience. Join the class and LET IT MOVE YOU!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga that emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind. Suitable for all levels. Mats are available for those without their own.
Express HIIT
12:15-12:45 p.m., Tuesdays

This 30-minute express class will maximize the bang for your buck! It is composed of short bursts of body weight training blending both interval and strength exercises to hit all areas of the body. With circuit training, this class consists of plenty of cardio, weights, and core to get that extra metabolic burn which will motivate you to keep coming back. You’ll never get the same class twice!
Spinal Unwind Yoga

Spinal Unwind Yoga is a restorative class designed to help you release tension and connect with your breath. This session emphasizes gentle spinal movement, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation to encourage relaxation and stress relief. Postures are approached slowly and intentionally, allowing space to unwind both physically and mentally while improving mobility and body awareness. This class is appropriate for all ability levels. Yoga mats are available for participants who do not have their own.
Spinning

Cruise with indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 40 minutes of cycling with additional post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. Please bring a water bottle. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Space is limited, please register to reserve your bike! Introduction to basic jump roping with Jason Hill. This class will cover the balance, agility, rhythm, and technique of jumping rope. This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey and is no longer the activity you didn't like in PE class! All levels are welcome and encouraged, and ropes are provided.
Self Defense
6-7 p.m., Tuesdays (begins 1/27/26)

PRIOR REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Come learn essential self-defense principles and techniques in a positive training atmosphere! Attendees should wear comfortable clothing they can get around in. Beginners are welcome and this class is open to practitioners of all levels. The class is non-competitive in nature. Some techniques may involve punching, kicking, or striking pads, grappling, or using mock devices (e.g., training knife).
Body Bar with Step
12:10-12:55 p.m., Wednesdays

Add some variety to your workout by using a weighted bar, hand weights, and step aerobics to alternate strength training and cardio routines. This class is open to all ability levels and is great for employees who are crunched for time. This high-energy class ends with toning, abs and stretch. Bring water, and a towel if desired.
Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is a balanced, full-body class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in everyday movement. This class combines functional, total-body exercises with core strengthening, light cardio, and intentional stretching. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, participants will work through exercises that can be easily adjusted to match individual goals and fitness levels. This class is catered towards individuals of all abilities—whether you’re just getting started or looking to maintain and improve overall fitness.

Aikido
1:15-2:15 p.m., Fridays

Instructor: Christina Schubert
Aikido a non-competitive yet powerful Japanese martial art adapted from traditional combat techniques. Aikido can be effectively implemented by people of any age, body type, or gender for self-defense and to improve physical and mental conditioning.
This will be treated as a beginner class welcome to all, but will involve dynamic movements of the entire body. Participants should wear lower-body attire that covers the legs below the knee that they can freely move in. T-shirts are acceptable for the upper body.
Swing Dance

Intro to Swing Dance: If you love jazz and want to learn how to dance while trying a fresh take on exercise, this is the class for you! We will focus on the basic steps of Lindy hop, Charleston, Balboa, East Coast Swing and Solo jazz throughout the semester. This class will primarily focus on partner dancing, but you do not need to bring a partner to participate (we will be rotating partners throughout the class). All levels encouraged and welcomed!
