Sophia Taborski

Sophia Taborski returns as a lecturer in Classics for the fall semester. They received a B.Phil. in classics (Latin) and history (Early American concentration) magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, a master’s in Classics (Archaeology) and Ph.D. in classics (archaeology and art history) from Cornell University. Taborski’s research interests include embodiment, disability, systems of oppression, magic and religion, enslavement, and medicine.
