Visiting Assistant Professor of Literature and Creative Writing
A practice-based researcher, Samodh Porawagamage writes about the Sri Lankan Civil War, lasting effects of colonialism, poverty and underdevelopment, and disproportionate impacts of climate change on rural and marginalized communities. He is the author of 2 poetry collections: becoming sam (Burnside Review Press) and All the Salty Sand in Our Mouths (forthcoming from Airlie Press).
