A Conversation on the Future of College Sports
Common Ground presented a discussion regarding the future of college sports and the competing interests surrounding student athlete NIL rights and pay on Monday, September 9 in Wellin Hall. Jeremy Foley, University of Florida’s former director of athletics, moderated the discussion between Amy Privette Perko, chief executive officer of the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics, and Jim Cavale, founder and chairman of Athletes.org.
