Event Description

The Levitt Center invites you to a lunchtime discussion with Associate Professor of Government Alexsia Chan entitled "Avoiding War Over Taiwan".  Please RSVP here for lunch.

Why is Taiwan a geopolitical hotspot? What do potential changes in U.S.-China relations and other destabilizing factors portend for the prospects for peace? How likely is war? This informal lunch discussion is open to anyone with no prior knowledge about the region as well as those who have studied it before. Questions are welcome.   This is a Crossroads event. Lunch will be catered by Lafa.
